Laila is an experienced international business development and marketing professional with experience working in key markets including Europe, Russia, the Middle East, and the USA. 

Laila has worked with a range of New Zealand companies in the primary industry sector, food, beverage, tourism, IT, and retail. 

Commercially astute and result orientated, Laila always seeking to establish clear objectives and deliver agreed outcomes.   

Laila works across a number of industries including Construction, Fabrication, Manufacturing, Tourism and Hospitality.     

Laila specialises in helping businesses especially in the areas of fast growth, goal setting, strategy, organisation structure, marketing, sales, product development, HR and finance.    

Recently she has had particular success with low cost and effective marketing and sales, company turnaround and recovery, organisation structure improvement, wage subsidies and research and development.
