Dave’s career began in engineering, completing his trade in the Royal New Zealand Navy (RNZN). Early on, however, he discovered a stronger interest in the business side of engineering than in the tools themselves — an interest that has since driven measurable success across operations, project management, and general management roles. Over the past 20 years, Dave has worked in the Manawatū region as a contractor, employee, and business owner, managing teams of more than 100 people and delivering projects valued up to NZ$10 million.

 While his experience spans projects, operations, and general management, Dave’s core strength lies in helping businesses drive meaningful, sustainable change. He specialises in developing high-performing teams through targeted training and skills development, fostering collaboration, and building strong rapport at every level. His approach emphasises professionalism, clear leadership, and practical conflict resolution, creating environments where people can excel and positive cultures can thrive long term.

 Dave’s rapid uptake of new information, combined with his innovative, critical thinking, allows him to cut through complexity and uncover root causes that others may overlook.
