Daniel is the Business Development Manager for Strategize and generates new contacts. 

Daniel joins our team with a diverse background spanning residential and commercial painting, security, logistics, and customer service. With over a decade of hands-on experience, he brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Most recently, Daniel worked as a self-employed painting contractor, quoting and managing projects across both residential and commercial properties. His responsibilities included end-to-end project management — from quoting and ordering materials to site preparation, painting, and final clean-up — ensuring every job was completed to a high standard.

Prior to that, Daniel held roles in a range of industries, including:

• Metalman Christchurch, where he operated as a Plasma Cutter, handling arc welding, forklift operations, and metal processing.

• Mitre 10, where he worked as a Dispatcher & Picker, coordinating customer orders and offering front-line support at the checkout and trade counters.

• i-SITE Security & First Security, providing static security across a range of public and private sites, including government departments and large public events.

• Nova Energy, where he gained experience as a Sales Representative, engaging with customers through cold calling and meeting sales targets.
