Conrad has been a respected senior business leader in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions for more than 30 years, building a reputation for delivering practical business solutions, strong leadership, and sustainable growth. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles across a range of industries, most recently in the Bio Energy sector, adding to his extensive experience in the Forestry and Manufacturing industries.

 His diverse background has provided him with deep expertise in Business Development, Production Management, Sales Leadership, Operational Excellence, and Business Restructuring. Conrad has successfully guided businesses through periods of significant change, growth, and transformation, helping organisations improve performance, strengthen market positions, and achieve long-term strategic objectives. His hands-on approach and commercial acumen enable him to work closely with business owners and leadership teams as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.

 Over his career, Conrad has led organisations ranging from small owner-operated businesses through to large-scale operations employing more than 140 staff. He has held leadership roles in businesses generating annual revenues from $12 million to $75 million and has successfully delivered major turnaround initiatives, operational restructures, and business direction changes throughout New Zealand. His experience spans people leadership, operational management, sales growth, business planning, and continuous improvement.

 After completing university, Conrad moved to Rotorua where he established both his professional career and strong community connections. After spending several years in Thames, he returned to Rotorua in 2014 and continues to be actively involved in the region's business community. Away from work, Conrad is a proud husband and father of three children. He enjoys mountain biking, kayak fishing, refereeing rugby, and maintaining his fitness at the gym. Family remains a major priority, and with his wife's growing passion for travel.
